Tim grew up in Ireland. He has been teaching since 1991 and he currently conducts workshops at Bennington College with Art New England, The Armory in West Palm Beach, FL, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia and at the Norristown Arts Building. | |
